A player may join Wintoro by completing the sign-up page on the Wintoro website. It is required that the information provided by the player at the time of sign-up be accurate and valid. Wintoro reserves the right to reject or cancel any account created if it has been determined that the player has already created an account, that the information is invalid or inaccurate, has been blacklisted, or for any other reason left to the sole discretion of Wintoro.
By opening an account with Wintoro, the player consents and agrees to all Wintoro rules, policies, and operating procedures. Wintoro reserves the right to refuse players' action or close its account if necessary to comply with any external or internal requirements that may be established. Players shall not open more than one account per household. In the event of a violation, Wintoro has the right to void all current and future play as well as the potential win/loss from that play.

Player Rights
The player reserves the right to question or request clarification of rules, policies, disputed wagers, and balances at any time.
Terms & Termination
This agreement begins upon Wintoro's written confirmation of the player creating the account. Either Wintoro or the player may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Wintoro can terminate the agreement without prior notice if the player breaches any term or condition. Wintoro may withhold final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid to the player.
No Representation or Guarantee Regarding Profits or Income
The player agrees, understands, and acknowledges that Wintoro's officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and accountants have made no representation of any nature whatsoever to the player regarding profits, income, or money which the player may obtain or generate from the Service; and/or from entering into this "agreement"; and/or from marketing; and/or promoting any version of this Service; and/or from any other matter relating to this "agreement"; and/or to the subject matter of this "agreement."
Any expression by Wintoro in this regard is an expression of opinion only and the player agrees, understands, and acknowledges that they have not been induced to, and/or persuaded thereby to, enter into this "Agreement" and that the player has entered into the Agreement of their own free will and choice, without any force or coercion, and only after thorough, complete, full, and thoughtful investigation and after obtaining independent advice and counsel from their accountant, their attorney, and their financial advisors.
Indemnity
The player shall defend, indemnify, and hold Wintoro's affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and representatives harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from, arising out of, or in any way connected with (a) any breach of warranty, representation, or agreement contained in this Agreement, (b) the performance of duties and obligations under this Agreement, (c) negligence or (d) any injury caused directly or indirectly by negligent or intentional acts or omissions.
Disclaimers
Wintoro makes no express or implied warranties or representations concerning its services. In addition, Wintoro makes no representation that the operation of its site will be uninterrupted or error-free and will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
Limitation of Liability
Wintoro will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement, even if Wintoro has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, Wintoro's aggregate liability arising with respect to this agreement will not exceed the total commission fees paid by, or payable to, player under this agreement. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to provide any rights, remedies, or benefits to any person or entity not a party to this agreement. Wintoro's obligations under this agreement do not constitute personal obligations of its directors, officers, employees or shareholders.
Independent investigation
The player acknowledges that they have read this agreement and agrees to all its terms and conditions. The player has independently evaluated the desirability of participating in this agreement and is not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than what is outlined in this Agreement.
Assignability and Inurement
The player may not assign this agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Wintoro. Subject to that restriction, this agreement will only be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and enforceable against the player and Wintoro.
Non-Waiver
Wintoro's failure to enforce the player's strict performance of any provision of this agreement will not constitute a waiver of its right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this agreement. No Modifications, additions, deletions, or interlineations of this agreement are permitted or will be recognized by Wintoro. None of Wintoro's employees, officers, or agents may verbally alter, modify or waive any provision of this agreement.
Prohibited Uses
The player shall not use Wintoro's website, services, accounts, or any other aspect of Wintoro: a) to conceal or disguise the nature or origin of illicit funds or otherwise engage in conduct commonly referred to as money laundering; b) to avoid, evade, violate, or circumvent, any laws or governmental regulations, including but not limited to those laws or regulations related to anti-money laundering, counter-financing of terrorism, anti-corruption, economic sanctions, taxation, or money transmission; to engage in conduct detrimental to Wintoro or that exposes Wintoro to liability, as determined in Wintoro's sole discretion; d) within a restricted state or country, to violate, or attempt to violate, these Terms and Conditions or any Wintoro policy, procedure or rule. Any use described in this paragraph constitutes a "Prohibited Use," and Wintoro may, in its sole discretion, determine that a Prohibited Use has occurred, or is suspected to have occurred, and take any action it deems appropriate with regard to funds, property, proceeds, account or website access, use of Wintoro services, data, or assets associated with player's account.
GENERAL RULES
- Only one account per person, family, household, and IP address is allowed.
- Players must address all disputes within seven days from the date of the said wager.
- All wagers are documented and archived to resolve any discrepancies.
- All wagers are FINAL once a player confirms a wager.
- Wintoro reserves the right to add, delete or change our wagering rules or payoff odds at any time.
- Las Vegas Nevada Gaming Commission rules apply to any wager or discrepancy not covered by the rules and regulations herein.
- Players must be 18 or older to place wagers.
- All events must be played on the date and site as scheduled unless otherwise specified. Any event postponed, rescheduled, or moved to another location will automatically constitute "No Action."
- When wagering on "totals," overtime periods are counted in the final score unless otherwise specified.
- Overtime periods are counted in the second-half score on halftime wagers unless otherwise specified.
- Unless otherwise specified, the home team is always listed as the bottom team.
- Quarter wagers are for that quarter only and do not include overtime periods.
- Wintoro reserves the right to rescind bonus money paid on referral accounts that are subsequently canceled or suspended. Referral bonuses are for recreational players only!
- Any casino payouts due to game malfunctions, abuse, or advantage play will be considered null and void.
- Management reserves the right to cancel any bet. Also, management reserves the right to change games or stakes at anytime. Errors in operation and errors in the game void all payouts and plays.
- The Wintoro Casino is also subject to these rules.
- All Casino games are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Casino software is bug-free. In the event of any error or malfunction in any Casino games, it may result in wagers and winnings being cancelled.
- Any player deliberately exploiting errors, malfunctions, or bugs in the Casino games will have their bets and winnings canceled.
- Casino Management's decision is final.
- Usage of bots or advantage play software is strictly prohibited in the casino; breaching this rule may void games, and your account closed.
- Wintoro does not disclose an individual's account details to anyone other than the owner.
- Termination of Agreement: Wintoro players may terminate their account with us anytime. In addition, Wintoro reserves the right to revoke the agreement between itself and the players.
- Dormant Accounts: If an account remains inactive, meaning no wagers are placed or deposits or withdrawals are made for 12 months or more, the account will be deemed "Dormant." All Dormant Accounts will have their balances zeroed out. Zeroed-out accounts due to inactivity can not be restated.
- Wintoro reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager before its acceptance and or the event's start. Wagers made without adequate funds will be voided.
- Wintoro Liability:
- The decisions of Wintoro management will be final and binding in all matters.
- Laws regarding gaming vary worldwide; players must ensure they understand and comply fully with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in their own jurisdiction.
- Wintoro reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any game at its discretion.
- Wintoro is not liable for the cancellation of any game, regardless of the reason.
- Wintoro will not be held responsible for any computer, typing, or human error when posting odds, lines, or point spreads. However, in the case of evident mechanical, technical, or human error in the prices or conditions we publish, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to correct obvious errors and to No-Action your wager. In addition, Wintoro is not liable in the following scenarios:
- In the event of an Act of God, including but not limited to natural disasters, explosion, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, industrial action, an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, or acts of terrorism.
- The failure of Wintoro's computers, telecommunications, or any other data transmission system that results in delays, errors, losses, or omissions.
- Wintoro and players shall not commit or purport to commit to rules or obligations other than those expressly provided by these Rules.
- Wintoro accepts no liability for any damages caused to players by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted online.
- These Rules constitute the entire agreement and understanding between Wintoro and players. If there is a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version, the English version will be deemed correct.
- Players not using a bonus must rollover over all deposited funds at least once before requesting a payout.
- All Sporting Events will be settled per our wagering rules on the day they are completed. Any change in the result of an event due to any form of protest will not be considered for settlement. Las Vegas rules will apply for anything not mentioned in the points above.
- Any attempt on your part to circumvent Wintoro rules or restrictions will result in the closure of your account and any balance deemed to have been forfeited.
